How has our Latino/a family been impacted by white supremacy?
What are the 3 most important takeaways for me from these resources?
How might my learning be converted into action?
Spiritual praxis:
Spiritual praxis to engage in throughout the month: Ignatian Contemplation
Each week for this month read Luke 10:25-37 - The Parable of the Good Samaritan
We encourage you to try Ignatian Contemplation which is praying with Scripture and meeting God through story.
Listen to/read the passage 4 times, each time engaging the imagination and senses to listen for broad strokes - Where? When? Who is there? What happens?
Pay attention to details - each time you read it try and get more specific in the story, what do you notice?
Engage senses - what do you see, hear, smell, feel, taste?
Identify who you are - which character do you notice and recognize?
Praxis Question: What did God reveal to you in your contemplation of the parable of the Good Samaritan?
