If you want to sum it up, at Trinity Covenant Church we are about Christ.  There is no more compelling reason that would draw this diverse group of people together into a community than Jesus.  We believe in Him as Lord and Savior and want to be about the things he cared about: loving God and one another.

We believe one of the primary ways we come to characterize and live like Christ is to be immersed in Scripture.  We love reading and studying the Bible, for in it we learn to know God and be shaped by Him. 

We care a lot about worship. And though we offer two very different options (Sunday morning and Sunday night), we are thoughtful and purposeful in the planning of those services that they offer sacred space to express ourselves and encounter our Living God.

We are committed to families and children. Adult formation takes place through mid-week Trinity Groups, and at Trinity Connect on Wednesday nights. Kids programming is also a priority at Trinity.  We offer Bible-based lessons for kids on Wednesday nights and during both worship services.  We offer a two-year confirmation program for middle school students, as well as other mid-high youth activities.  And, Trinity maintains a long-standing commitment to high schoolers through our youth group, and through our partnership with Young Life.

We long to bring the message and presence of Christ to the Salem community and to our world. We are committed to serving Liberty School kids through our before and after school program and reading program. We offer a once-a-month, drop-in, free medical clinic. We partner with other area churches to host homeless families through the Salem Interfaith Hospitality Network. We support a number of global missionaries involved in church building and community development work.  And, the list goes on. You would be hard pressed to find a member of Trinity who is not volunteering both in the church and somewhere in the community.
